Never logs me in on the app, only website
Every time I try to use the app, it says I have to finish an application. I have! I don’t know what application it wants me to finish. But I’m not interested in your card. Can I just login to see my invoices without having your card? Why do I always need to login on web browser to be able to view this? Would be easier to have access on the app like you’re supposed to.

Stuck at Login Screen
After attempting to sign in multiple times over multiple weeks, I haven’t been able to get past the login screen even after submitting all of my information.
Great for optimal efficiency
Service is great for optimal efficiency. It's hard to imagine anything better. Very happy!
Incorrect matching
Ramp keeps insisting that I haven’t submitted a receipt that I have submitted. I followed the AI’s instructions on how to fix this. It is not fixed. Instead I got an email from Ramp saying that the receipt matched to a completely different transaction that that receipt does not match.

I hate tracking Expenses. Absolutely hate it. Ramp makes it so easy!
Easy Peezy
This app makes turning in receipts for business expenses SO EASY! As a busy executive, it doesn’t have an admin person. This app is a lifesaver. I can take a photo of the receipt and the app. Does everything else.

Essential
I’ve used many other cards and expense programs. Ramp is leaps and bounds the best. Nothing else should be considered.
Expensing made easy
This is by far the best form of submitting expenses I have come across. No more procrastinating till the end of the.I to submit via a process don’t understand. Text a picture of your receipt and you’re done.
Please revert reimbursement UX
The new reimbursement flow is major downgrade in UX: more clicks, more modals, more useless progress screens, and new useless push notifications. Please go back to the simpler single-page UX.

I have had to use four or five of these apps and this one is by far the easiest simplest credit card app
Literally doesn’t work
It can’t open even the sign in page. Signed in on the desktop. I used my browser app to sign in, it sends me to the sign in page on the app to only open up to a blank page. Every time. The app is literally useless.
New update
In theory, the update where Ramp searches my photos for receipts would be helpful if it didn’t continue to interrupt and prevent every action I’m taking on the app
Easy to Use
I appreciate how easy it is to upload my receipts for my administrator to record on my expense account.
App keeps crashing
The app itself is wonderful but. I open and it crashes after about a minute. Is there an update in the works? If you can get my app to quit crashing I’ll change to a 5 star because every thing is amazing when it works.

Very Easy to use
Our company recently changed to use Ramp and I had to go on a ministry trip and even without a physical card, it has been a relief that even without it, I have had no negative issues while using my card! Excellent format and excellent support! Highly recommend for you out there to give them a try
