Nightmare setup
I do occasional gigs and was asked to get connected with Ramp in order to get paid. First, the website didn’t work for setting up a bank account. I downloaded this app assuming it would be easier. It has me in an endless loop of trying to login with my bank. After that didn’t work, I entered the account and routing number manually and still it tried to force me to login to my bank, which I can’t do. It literally has the app going in circles. It’s been a very irritating process. Every step of the set up has encountered problems from waiting a long time to get a code sent to my phone to trying to get my passkey to load, but then being sent to a verification link in my email, which only takes me back to the same page. A bunch of endless loops. It’s been awful.

As an approver and booker this entire system is horrible to use and the app is slow than 90’s dial up.

Clunky interface
Ramp would like to present as an integrated slick expense and reimbursement platform. From a business owner’s perspective it’s a nightmare. Even logging in is an ordeal. Not to mention the intermingled company and personal expenses. It’s frustrating beyond belief!

Ramp has saved us lots of time and effort by automatically integrating our expenses with our quickbooks reducing our workload in AP. Great platform.

Recent updates to the app have made it functionality more difficult than productive.
Update: Additional star drop.
Continues to decline with additional updates to “help” when they are in fact slowing the process. The AI aspects injecting erroneous information into the process that has to be deleted and replaced.

Their website works fine. This app sucks. It used to work, but has been impossible to load for the past year. And, yes, I’ve updated to the latest.
