If you subscribed directly, you can manage your subscription in the website dashboard under My Profile → Plan & Billing. App Store subscriptions must be canceled through your Apple account settings. We'd like to clarify that after purchasing a membership, you'll first need to create a password for your account before you can access the app. This can be done by clicking "Access Flights Dashboard" or "Go to dash" on the purchase confirmation page, or by clicking "Confirm" in the Welcome email sent after your purchase. Once your password is created, you can log in using the same email address you used to purchase your subscription. Regarding our memberships, the standard subscription provides access to economy flight deals, while business and first-class deals are available through our optional Elite membership upgrade. All information about our memberships, pricing, available features, upgrades, billing, and renewals is clearly presented during checkout, in our Terms & Conditions, in the Welcome email, and in your account dashboard. For now, the best workaround is to set up separate alerts or searches for each leg of your journey. When searching for flights or setting up alerts, you can choose between specific dates or flexible dates based on your travel preferences. We also offer one-way deals, which you can select during your search or when creating your alerts. In some cases, the price shown when a deal is discovered may no longer be available when you proceed to booking, or the booking provider may show a different fare due to real-time changes. RatePunk works by helping travelers discover opportunities and monitor prices, rather than guaranteeing that every displayed deal will always be the lowest available fare. One of the main benefits is our Price Alerts, which allow you to track specific routes and receive notifications when prices change, instead of manually checking flights every day. When you click on a deal, RatePunk may redirect you to a third-party booking provider where the final price, availability, and booking conditions are confirmed. We recommend reviewing the final details before completing any purchase, as those providers manage the booking process and final fare.
