Have been trying to transfer money but is not working since one month now I can’t make transactions and I want to make use of the money what is the issues please work on it no network to make transactions

Why can't I make transfer with my bank? Downtown for one week. What is going on? Are you people? Okay. I can’t make a transfer for the past week till date. I’ll sue if nothing is been done.
