Transfer doesn’t work when you need to withdraw. Customer service takes like forever to get back to you..

Scam app
They allow you to deposit but will not allow withdrawal. I have been sending them messages and they don’t respond or try to help. It’s been weeks upon weeks. The only thing the customer service ask you to do is to rate them 5 star, for saying and doing nothing. My money is stuck in there and there’s no hope of retrieving it
