Terrible app
Since one week I’m trying to upload my ID. The worst bank with arrogant people . With other banks it’s always possible to solve the problem by phone but here they arrogantly send you to the app which is not working. Really finishing with this bank.

I've never seen applications so unstable, correspondence with bank support does not help in any way

Neintuitivní, obtěžující, složité. Odporně černé rozhraní. Ultrasložité názvy bez vysvětlení k čemu to je. Podobně debilní jako Česká spořitelna kolem r. 2000. Bohužel neexistuje jiné řešení, které banka nabízí, pokud se bezplatně chcete přihlásit ke svému účtu.
Rychlý a snadný přístup na účet
Velmi lehce jsem tu appku stáhla a nastavila, mnohem lehčí než SMS kódy

It doesn’t work everytime I have to authorize my payment by phone number which is really annoying I thought the purpose of this app was that notification will come here and I won’t need my phone number to make payments

Chtěl jsem zkusit novou možnost pro vstup na účet. Ale nic nefunguje. Přejít moje zařízení není připojeny na internet, kdy je. Dobře zkusil jsem přes QR kód, prý je taky nejde přečíst. Proč dělat aplikaci která nefunguje jak má.
