Delivery/ Trust issues
Used this app in the past but had to delete it due to some malpractices by delivery guys. Don’t want to generalise but I had multiple issues with a specific store that was supposed to be close to my place. The guys at this store are very notorious for delayed deliveries, multiple follow ups/ calls, delivery of underweight items (vegetables for ex)…I tried complaining to the head office with the proof but never heard anything back. Now deleted the app.

These guys are cheater, I orders the product from them first they sent bad fruit and vegetables also I ordered nail police remover they send half filled bottles and when I complained the guy picked call only once and then he did not pick phone I did complain in what’s app customer care but no one has taken care, please be aware of these cheaters

Worst Grocery Delivery
First of all their app is full of bugs then they delivered rotten apple. I returned the same to the delivery guy and still waiting for the refund. Their customer service number is always busy and no response to mails. Don’t order online from them

I like the quality of products that we find in Ratnadeep, I am glad we have this app for home deliveries, I have been using it for a while and I am quite happy with it.

Waste of ordering always 3 hours late delivery and again of there is a issue with the product the customer care won’t even respond and answer the calls and don’t even respond in the app worst app

Very unstable app
App keeps crashing. It is very frustrating if app crashes after almost every item added to cart or while browsing. Coupon also sometimes does not apply properly.

Can not checkout
I can add items to the cart but when I get to the checkout page, it clear out my cart. Tried it multiple times, but everytime I click on the cart, it clears out the whole cart.
No proper response or responsibility .
They called after 30 mins of placing order saying stock is not available when the app notified saying “picking and packing” . My question is , if stock is not available then what are these people picking and packing for 30 mins ? You don’t have stock ? Don’t show it in app as available. Keep it as not available. If you can’t do it , then inform that in 5 mins or atleast don’t give notification as picking and packing with calling me . How is that they don’t do all of this for 30 mins and then say the stock is not available. When I talked to customer care , they picked up the information useful for them and didn’t solve my issue .
