I don’t get my tickets emailed to me
Crazy! Get with the times. I purchased my tickets online to avoid the lines. Yet you make me go in the line to pick up my tickets because you can’t email them or store them in my app?
Can’t seem to give them $$
Tried to order tickets on the website using 2 different gift cards that totaled more than the cost of the tickets. Received an error that the cards were not accepted even though they both had been recognized by the system and it gave me the balance on each of the cards. Switched strategies and tried to pay with a valid credit card. Error processing the payment again. Downloaded the app and tried to pay for the tickets. But now it could recognize my login, which wad the same loging that I was using on the website (copied and lasted the login info).
I want to support the local theatre but they aren’t making it easy. Might stay home and stream the movie instead. 🤷🏽♂️

Could be better
The app could show there special screenings and series, and it doesn’t. Also it’s could be easier to order consessions ahead.
Need to be able to purchase Free Admissions
I frequent the Manville theater a lot and I always lose free admission rewards cause I can never use them to purchase tickets on the app. Need to update app to be able to be able to utilize ALL rewards not just a selected bunch. Please and thank you.
Crashes
Sometimes it works to buy tickets with my gift cards, and sometimes it crashes during the transaction. When I try to buy food through the app, there is always an error and I’m unable to ever buy it.
