App times out when trying to create an account or login. Its literally impossible to use lol

Remote ability to reset Internet can be critical. This one touch process to accomplish that goal is one of a very few simple ways to do that. If you need ability to reset and come back online is a very special characteristic.

I’m disappointed
I’ve had this switch for a number of years and it worked without incident. I’ve updated my iPhone and now I haven’t had nothing but problems. It won’t connect. It won’t turn on my lights on my patio. I guess it had a good run. I have to get something else now.
Time out when login
It is time out when login to control my router rebooter . APP is useless now , so is my smart plug . I want refund for hardware
