Fast to log receipts. Easy to use
I’ve been using this for a couple of years. It’s extremely versatile with iOS interface. The reporting works for anyone with relatively straightforward bookkeeping. I find the speed at which I can add receipts/invoices to be its best feature - a few taps (once you’ve set things up). When it comes to monthly reconciliation, I often have my laptop browser version open along with an iPad and the speed at which you can then run through bank statements and check for issues, is great. It attempts to capture data when you scan a receipt which like any system is hit and miss (works well with super clear and detailed receipts). For the price I think it’s one of the best on the market. Tech support is very responsive and quick to figure out the issue.

Pretty good
Doesn’t pick out all thec correct numbers half of the time. Especially the date. The mileage tracker isn’t very intuitive, doesn’t t learn from previous drives.

I love this app but there are a few things that are really annoying such as the integration issues with connected accounts. Would be great if I didn’t have to re connect every day

Great app and so easy to use
I’ve been using this app for years and it keeps getting better. The receipt scan process is so easy and the OCR (text recognition) and categorization is so great. The app uses info you’ve already provided to assign categories to transactions and makes very good guesses on new receipts. They’ve even added a tip calculator for businesses meals. I highly recommend it.

This would be a great program if…
This is an excellent program that is easy to use and has many features that make managing expenses much easier.
However, its inability to remember filters, page numbers, and sorts after looking at detailed information, makes it much more difficult than it needs to be.
When verifying expenses, I should be able to pick out a questionable expense, look at the detail, then be returned to the same location that I started with my original filter, page being viewed, and sort intact Instead, the filters and sort order are lost and the display always starts back at page one requiring numerous key strokes just to get back to where I was before.
Five stars if this nuisance gets fixed!

This is the best and easiest expense report app I have found.
Problems with the app
Liked the app at first but now when I take a photo of the receipt I will think it saved and go back to check it and it won’t even upload. So now I have to dig it the trash to fetch old receipts. Might have to use another app

I have been using this app for 2 years now and love it very user friendly. The help support team are very helpful when I contacted them as well. Highly recommend it to track expenses
Expensive
Why require such an expensive subscription for such a basic app? I would gladly pay a once off fee (equivalent to max 4 months subscription) to have this. But even the most basic level at the same price as a Netflix subscription it makes no sense.

Super easy to use would recommend to anyone who has a small business. Makes life a lot easier.

They state: unlike competitors we are free. After going through setup and my first receipt they wanted me to sign up for R135 a month. And that’s their most basic offering.
The functioning seems good, might not suite me that wants 2 docs per expense uploaded : but who knows…my data and test are hidden now behind the “subscribe now” wall.
PLEASE JUST BE HONEST AND SHARE COST UPFRONT. Be progressive and put the cost as your first sentence
