No response
I have called, sent letters, and messages and can never seem to reach a live person and when I did finally receive a callback a month into my leave, the representative was not helpful at all. And for some reason my letter that I sent to them 2 weeks ago has been sitting at the distribution center for almost a week.

I like the Matrix app. It’s very convenient. I think it needs to add a few things like being able to easily find what days I’ve taken off but it’s good for the most part.

Simple fix BIG issue
Literally can’t even click on login after you fill in your credentials. Nothing happens. Garbage

Minimal
Kinda clunky. Allows only 3 interactive functions: 1-Submit a new disability claim - good, 2-read/download documents posted to the claim - good, 3-notify the company of time away in advance or afterwards - convenient. Lacks major functionality: 1-no way to message, call, or otherwise contact the claims administrator or even to identify your main contact person, 2-no FAQs, 3-no anything else that could allow the claimant to manage their claim or even understand the process, status meanings, etc.
