The app experience is just garbage. Not reflecting what we should get as experience in 2026. Every time you log in it tells you to do a tour of the « new » experience… while it is still the same experience. The app shows you your date leave sometimes.. sometimes not… and sometimes your past leave but not the upcoming one. Such a bad mobile honestly

Continue to get requests for documentation already uploaded to the portal. However, do get return phone calls within a reasonable timeframe

Need improvement for communication with examiner. You can’t download to print document for doctor, not even in the website. Prefer mailing method.
The tour prompt will not go away
While it’s simple to report time off, every time you open the app it wants to take you on a tour even if you have already completed it. I have completed it more than once in an effort to have it not prompt again but that did not work. The app continues to prompt for the tour.

This is the absolute worst run company.. If your an employer I would not by any means recommend nor consider them to address your issues
Contacting anyone is difficult
It has taken me at minimum 4 different people to try and acknowledge that my account isn’t showing my first intermittent claim that I had submitted and approved in August of 2025.
NONE of these people are able to direct me to IT; and the one that told me to try and submit a support ticket didn’t realize IT are a bunch of lazy people who simply reset my password instead of READING THE MAIN ISSUE IN MY COMMENT.
Even my HR Department is scratching their head at how I can’t get any answers for any questions I have.
