App doesn’t work well
The app does not consistently work when you upload documents, the company cannot review the file on their end.
Confusing
While the app works nicely, some of the questions are worded in a confusing manner. And if you need customer service regarding your claim, get absolutely NO response no matter how you contact.

Still Doesn’t reflect benefits remaining. This has been for a year or several months now.

Works but annoying because every time I log in it wants to show me what’s new. And take me through the same guided tours (there are two of them). The app should remember!

No Chat Option
Not the easiest to navigate- no chat option- almost impossible to get ahold of your agent.
Not user friendly
It’s very hard to get through and speak to anyone by phone. You can’t email your claim examiner, & their extension is not even provided in the paperwork to make it was to leave a message.
