Amazing company
Honestly it’s amazing we had tornado come through a little while back and my power went out so I went to go flip the switches and everything came back on instantly I have NEVER actually been without power max 10 minutes it’s an amazing company and they work hard they also have cheap plans I say that because I’m low income and I look forward to paying my electric bill it’s always so affordable

Awful app
This app is very disappointing, to say the least. Most of the time is unavailable, although it always says that is temporary. This app is so awful that it makes me consider another provider. It’s unbelievable. That’s such a big company is unable to produce a decent app.
Payment methods
Update: developers responded and promptly fixed the issue.
As of at least 4/25, this app no longer stores payment methods. Worse, it won’t allow you to enter one again. After you fill it out and hit submit, it briefly flashes to a white screen with an error code (too fast to read), then it returns to the main page and shows “no payment methods stored”. I deleted the app and reinstalled. That did not fix it. I contacted customer service to pay and all of my payment info is on file. So this is specific to your app.

App works most of time. Do wish there wasn’t a 2 day delay in reporting usage, but I think that is normal for energy providers. App does not link with Generac, but that’s not a show stopper.
Bad updates (Update) (Update)
I’m not sure who in charge but the last 3 updates included this one are horrible. It just opens another browser that requires me to login again. In my opinion whoever in charge should be fired. This is the third strike.
(update) lots of feature are gone. Have to login the website to view them. Also what happened to the reward and the points I had? I tried calling and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up.

UPDATE THE DAMN APP
can yall please update the app isntead of telling us its our fault?? Take accountablity for the fact the app isnt working. Ive deleted and re downloaded THREE TIMES now and it is still not working. God forbid I wanna see my bill or want to see my usage??? UPDATE THE APP. There is clearly something wrong with it.

I guess I will be calling them or going to the store to pay a bill now. Do it the old way for now on
What is going on?
App used to be great. It was very easy to use and monitor usage. Lately every time I try to log in it’s down for maintenance. It’s a pain to log in to the website when I want to look at usage or pay the bill. I’ve also noticed the weekly usage emails are missing some of the information. There’s just blank graphs.

Unable to make a payment.
I have been unable to make a payment for the past two days through the app due to maintenance. Why is it taking two days to perform maintenance? I have tried to make a payment all day and continues to get errors on the website. Do not tell me I have to call to make a payment that is not what I want to do. Someone needs to fix this because I am not able to make a payment.
