Full of dodgy car companies
This app is full of dodgy car rental companies. They do absolutely no vetoing of companies that rip off customers. They do not clearly show T&C for each individual dealer and instead just show broad Rentalcars.com T&C which do not detail each individual company T&Cs leaving customers unware of the nastiest rip off deals these car dealers impose, such as cancellation and a booking if one shows up later than 1 h even in case of flight delay (they expect one to phone them from the flight to let them know!!!!). Absolutely insane and obscene as they also charge a cancellation fee!! But when one books and arrived to the counter and the car is not ready, the customer is not entitled to a refund to compensate for the delay neither entitled to cancel because the company doesn’t have the car ready on time. I will never be using this app for bookings in future as they do not protect my customer rights to transparent contractual information, neither veto nasty companies out of the system.

Paying in local currency
This app allows to search in any currency but,when it comes to placing the order, it doesn’t allow you to pay in the local currency at the destination, saying, you will be charged in your local currency. That’s a total con. It’s always cheaper, if not free dependent on the account type, for the customer to pay the fees the currency conversion through their own bank.

UI doesn’t work
These time sliders. What’s up with them? I can’t set the pick up and drop off times.

Slider moves but time doesn’t change so forever stuck to book from 10am to 10am

I tried to book a car and current version on iPhone 17pro can't change time because glass sliders move but time doesn't change - haven't had that before and I use it all the time 🙄
OMG
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this “app” ! I had very problematic rental with one italian company and the customer support refused any assistance on my case and later they even denied access to my old booking.

O aplicativo está com bug. Tento entrar na minha reserva e ele envia um e-mail de confirmação. Quando abro o link do e-mail o sistema retorna para outro e-mail. Não consigo acessar minha reserva
Not working
This app is a bit use less, you have issue with booking or latter issue with display of your bookings. Not clear log in part, never work properly and you need to use browser anyway. Thumb down for this whoever is behind.
STAY AWAY AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I pre-paid for insurance through Rentalcars.com, but when I arrived to pick up the car the counter refused the coverage and demanded an additional $500 or I would not be allowed to take the car. I showed my confirmation, and the agent said they do not accept Rentalcars.com insurance. Customer service at Rentalcars.com was unhelpful: they sent conflicting, templated email replies, redirected me through lengthy back-and-forths, and ultimately refused to issue a refund. The experience was time-consuming, expensive, and avoidable. I cannot say this strongly enough: I do not recommend using this company or their app. Thank god my credit card company was able to resolve my dispute and credit me for the charges. STAY AWAY from this company and app!!!

I made a reservation with this application but did not get any confirmation nor reservation number. Meanwhile my credit card has been charged. Person from support claims he can’t see any reservation assigned to my account. So it looks I was robbed. Please be careful! I definately do not reccommend.

A fuir, ne réservez pas ici, si vous avez du retard ou si vous avez besoin deux le service client ne répond pas, après 2h sans vous présentez ils annulent votre voiture et prenne 30% de frais même si c’est leur faute car ils ne vous retrouvaient pas. Bref fuyez
Totally useless app
I see my bookings but it’s impossible to view the details thanks to the very stupid verification process which sends e-mails that do not open in the app 🤦🏻♂️
It’s a scam
In the app the prices are very atractive. When you go to pick up the car the provider asks you to pay extra charges wich are not comunicated during the reservation. If you don’t want to take the car due to total cost, they consider that you canceled the reservation and you lose the money already paid.
