Sorry for the confusion. If Screen Time is preventing you from deleting the app, you can use your Screen Time passcode to allow app deletion, then remove it normally from your device. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out and we’ll help.

…you should ALSO know that you are giving a third party app unrestricted access to look at all of your app usage, screen time data, and even control/restrict apps, all while collecting and selling your data to who knows who. And that’s happening no matter if you pay the $50 or not!!
Make sure you take away access once you realize how encroaching this app is

Hi, we want to clarify this because privacy is important to us. Screen Time access is required for the app’s core feature: blocking the apps a user chooses to restrict. Without this iOS permission, the app cannot function as intended. We do not have user accounts or login, we do not sell user data, and we do not use this access for advertising. The only name requested is an in-app display name, and users do not need to provide their real name. Exercises are powered by on-device AI, and our Privacy Policy explains what is and is not collected. Screen Time permission can be removed anytime in iOS Settings. If you have trouble removing it, please check whether your device is managed through Screen Time, Family Sharing, or other parental controls, since those settings are controlled by iOS.

Thank you for your review. Some exercises are still in beta at the moment, and their accuracy will be improved in upcoming releases. We currently support 7 exercises with more coming soon, plus walking, running, and cycling via Apple Health in the meantime. If crunches are not counting properly for you, feel free to contact support through the app and I’ll personally help troubleshoot it.
