No trial?
The reviews look good but we all know how fake reviews can be bought these days. I downloaded in the hopes that I could trial the app before buying. The cost is very steep for an app without a free trial period. Moving on.
The best breathwork app of them all
Respira is the best breathwork app of them all. I’ve tried every other breathwork app on the app store and nothing comes close to the experience they’ve curated. I’ve been using their breathwork sessions before workouts to activate my body and before bed to fall asleep faster. It’s giving me much more control over my energy throughout the day and my lungs have started to expand in capacity since I started using it. Sometimes I’ll even plug the app into my speakers to do breathwork with friends or play a meditative soundscape and they all love it. It’s really become a part of my everyday life and it’s an amazing tool to have. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves more over time 🌬️

Is it possible to create a *pure* dark mode for the entire app? Using this at night would be great (without getting blinded or having to lower brightness).

No free features
Cannot use anything until pay
Frustrating
I understand that app developers need to make money, HOWEVER, as someone new to breath work, I have no idea what to expect, so I was hopeful that the free version would have at least one guided session that was unlocked. But they are not. Not a SINGLE session to try unless you pay $129 and then all of them are unlocked. Or 3.99/week. But the problem is, what if I pay that and realize I hate it?!

Misleading pricing
App is well designed and content is good, but the pricing is very misleading. The Respira website says a lifetime subscription is 79.99 but when you try to buy it in the app it’s asking for 299.99. Simply not good enough and feels somewhat dishonest.

Great App
I love this app! It helps with panic and anxiety, it helps with mood disorders, it helps when I need a moment of calm mindfulness. It’s great.
Old Icon?
Not enjoying the new icon at all. Can we at least have the option to have the older icon in the settings?
Best Breathwork App
Hands down the best app out there for breath-work. I’ve tried them all. Worth every penny. My wish list: 1. Connection/Sync to Health on Apple. 2. Tally of sessions done for those who are cultivating a new breathwork routine and want to track progress. 3. App for Apple Watch. 4. Ability to send notifications/reminder to breathe. 5. Perhaps a widget ❤️ 1 and 4 are my top requests. Thank you!

Amazing concert of Sound and Breath
Really impressive collection of exercises. What makes it better is the Binaural and Relaxing soundscapes used as meditative tools along with the breathwork to help achieve the state of calm and focus that the sessions do.
