App does not work and zero support.
I bought a firemagic grill a year ago. This is the app that is supposed to work with it. The app has never worked. At first the vendor tried to work with me but they had no clue how to fix the problem. At that point they just stopped responding. How unprofessional can you get. Garbage app and garbage support!
