Terrible app

Does not work! RHP will not provide any help, they do not care! They blame it on the app developer‼️ FireMagic no longer a good company to do business with. They do not honor their warranty ‼️

App does not work and zero support.

I bought a firemagic grill a year ago. This is the app that is supposed to work with it. The app has never worked. At first the vendor tried to work with me but they had no clue how to fix the problem. At that point they just stopped responding. How unprofessional can you get. Garbage app and garbage support!
