The app allows easy accessible to my balance and accessibility to my funds.
Does what it should do, and is easy to submit screenshots to get reimbursed. Can’t imagine it being easier.
User friendly
This app is easy to use and super convenient. Stays up-to-date with tracking usage and I love that.
I love how easy it is to use! The main page is easy to navigate and I would recommend this app to anyone!
Great app and easy to follow
This is a very intuitive app!

Their AI tool does a terrible job, always requires additional review and the tool is generally very tedious to use.
I like the app because the user interface is very clean and simple. I can easily see how much I have in my account without skipping a beat.
I was able to view my account information and submit a claim very easily. It worked just fine for me!
I think RMR’s goal is to get people to not use their tax free healthcare money because they make it such a pain to use their services. They make you submit documentation for everything instead of verifying some transactions on their end (like my old FSA provider did), their AI that scans documents can’t decipher anything from the documents by itself, you can only upload pictures in the app, you can’t upload any files from your phone. And even after going through the trouble to submit receipts with everything required by the IRS on them I end up having to go back and forth with the RMR people for about a week for every. Single. Expense. Because despite my documentation being good enough for the IRS, it isn’t good enough for RMR. If I wasn’t so determined to get my tax free money (and so convinced they’re determined to make me not get it) I’d quit using this service altogether, it’s been way more of a headache than it needs to be. They made me upload a copy of my contacts prescription (which I’m pretty sure violates HIPPA laws) to approve my online contacts order. Which makes no sense because no online contacts merchant will send you you’r order without a valid prescription anyways. Oh and RMR already had my itemized contact lens exam receipt I submitted early THE SAME DAY to get my eye exam paid for. This company does absolutely none of the leg work for you I’m not even sure why they exist. It definitely feels more like they work for the IRS than they work for you.

Log in page does not accept changes to receive verification code
This is a great app and definitely easy to use. I recommend downloading it if you want a quick way to submit claim and get reimbursed. Many ways to get reimbursed (PayPal or Venmo even!). Always updating their system to be user friendly, thank you!
