Trash app for int'l visitors
The app won't work for anyone who doesn't have a German mobile phone number. Registration proved impossible without a German phone number. Not even providing a dummy stand-in number worked. Completely unable to register and use it as a tourist. Please fix so tourists and other international visitors can use it.

Update, not upgrade
The app went from great to disaster. Requiring a separate registration for the Hande Whatever (which is far from an easy process) instead of sticking with the old RMV login makes the app pathetic. Add on its inability to put multiple buses together to get a comprehensive route and the app is just taking up space. It is a shadow of its former glory. The only bus ticket I buy is the Deutschland Ticket, which is direct debited thru the DB app. Give the bus riders of Wiesbaden their former, well-functioning app.

Verbesserung?
Die App such manchmal die falsche Haltestelle am falschen Platz an. Beispiel: Fulda, Arleser Strasse hat falsche Lage.
Worst App in Germany
To be honest, i haven’t seen an app as worse as this.nothing works, it’s extremely slow on an high end phone. I hope the des that did this they will be fired and won’t get another job.

App Failure
App bleibt „schwarz“ auf dem Screen meines iPhones mit neuestem IOS. Löschen und erneutes Aufspielen erzeugt keinen Unterschied. App von iPhone gelöscht.
Unreliable
The app won’t tell you when a bus is cancelled, it just pretends it is perfectly on time. Also, it will often say there was an error with the payment process and you won’t be able to purchase your ticket. Unfixed for two years now…
Death of a once great app
I used to rely on this app. In the past months, searching bus stops no longer works. If you can’t get the search function to operate properly, the app is useless.
Won’t load
Sadly this app will not load and just show a black screen. Friends are having the same issue with this app.
Unreliable
Claimed bus strike wouldn’t affect my line, left me stranded at midnight.
Update: They also randomly cancelled my db ticket this month without me realizing, saying I agreed to it when I have literally done nothing. So I just had a real fun conversation with the train inspectors when I found out I didn’t have a valid ticket. And now I can’t even resubscribe as the app tells me I’m already subscribed.

Doesn’t work
It appears that unless you are in Germany you can’t open this app or the RMV website as it blocks you. What a useless app when it’s designed to help people travel. I’m due to visit Frankfurt in a few days and can’t get tickets. What a complete waste of time, effort and app downloading.

Location doesn’t work
After this update, the location in “start” and “destination” doesn’t like before. It used to detect where I am automatically. Now I have to tap thousand times or put the address manually.

Ist es echt so knifflig?
Ich verstehe nicht, warum meiner Frage bei der Antwort nicht vollends hilft. Wenn ich eingeben, ich möchte um 8:45 ankommen, werden mir zwei Möglichkeiten gezeigt, zu denen ich entweder 15 oder 30 Minuten früher ankomme, aber die Variante, bei der ich „nur“ um 8:43 ankomme, wird erstens nicht gezeigt, sondern nur, wenn ich „spätere“ klicke, noch wird sie überhaupt gezeigt. Ich meine, ist fein zu wissen, wann ich auch schon früher da sein könnte, aber die richtige Version könne an erster Stelle stehen oder halt eben an dritter Stelle, denn dort ist man ja nicht eingeschränkt auf 2 Möglichkeiten. Ich verstehe es nicht, ich meine, es ist doch eine Verbesserung, aber das Zutreffende fehlt anfangs einfach. Auch die Umsteigezeit hätte man angeben können. Nicht auf die Minute genau, aber sowas wie 2-5 Minuten, also abhängig von wo man davor aussteigt und ob man eventuell auch einen Schritt schneller laufen kann.
Die App lügt im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes und lasst einen auch Züge verpassen, weil Verspätungen nicht angezeigt werden, die manchmal wichtig sind wenn man z.b. selbst wegen der Bahn verspätet ist und den Anschluss eigentlich verpasst …oder halt doch nicht, weil er verspätet ist, aber das wird natürlich nicht verraten. Ich selbst komme aus Skandinavien und lächele über die peinlichen Aktionen von Datenschmutz und was sonst noch so alles Gründe sind. Das Tracking eines Zuges ist seit 3 Jahren eine einfache Geschichte, aber wenn es nicht genutzt wird, dann lasst lieber alles sein, denn es verärgert mehr als dass es hilft.

ich versuche mich seit langer zeit anzumelden auf der app anzumelden aber es geht nicht hab auch andere emails probiert jetzt sind alle davon gesperrt würde 0 sterne geben wenn das gehen würde
US Mobile Numbers don’t work
I’ve tried every phone number combination so that I can sign into the app. What do you do when it won’t let you use your own phone number regardless less of country code(s)? Please fix this or add the correct app directions for entering the number.
