app is not working

I have purchased a new vehicle and purchased Toyota roadside assistance but this app is not working. I have also notify the dealer and sent an email to Toyota but no luck so far. Can you fox this app?

Managed to log in unlike others but when attempting to request roadside assistance, it just freezes and doesn’t proceed past the first step (finding location) so you have to call them anyway in a crisis.
