I have purchased a new vehicle and purchased Toyota roadside assistance but this app is not working. I have also notify the dealer and sent an email to Toyota but no luck so far. Can you fox this app?

Doesn’t even load past the first page😩

Managed to log in unlike others but when attempting to request roadside assistance, it just freezes and doesn’t proceed past the first step (finding location) so you have to call them anyway in a crisis.

App doesn’t even load past the launch screen. This happens every single time this app gets updated. Get your devs to do proper testing before releasing to the public

Unable to sign in no matter what I use.

Yep, can’t register like all the others and the real kicker is the phone number to call to speak to an agent isn’t an actual phone number it’s missing digits so no way to get help to login.

I read all the other reviews but hoped they’d fixed it. Nope. Tried registering with VIN and with Roadside Assistance contract number. No luck. Details cannot be found.

App doesn’t work
When I try to setup my account and enter a new PIN, the app doesn’t get past the verify PIN stage so I can’t complete the setup. Rang Toyota and they said not to bother using the app because they get a lot of calls saying it doesn’t work. Why do they have an app I wonder?
