MFA code issue
I cannot log in on my apps and I have 3 years roadside membership..
Won’t load
The day I actually need to use this is the day it will not work and there is no online option

Tried to change password 6 times. Successfully said it did, log in screen continually shows incorrect PW. Terrible app

app is not working
I have purchased a new vehicle and purchased Toyota roadside assistance but this app is not working. I have also notify the dealer and sent an email to Toyota but no luck so far. Can you fox this app?

Doesn’t even load past the first page😩

Managed to log in unlike others but when attempting to request roadside assistance, it just freezes and doesn’t proceed past the first step (finding location) so you have to call them anyway in a crisis.

App doesn’t even load past the launch screen. This happens every single time this app gets updated. Get your devs to do proper testing before releasing to the public

Yep, can’t register like all the others and the real kicker is the phone number to call to speak to an agent isn’t an actual phone number it’s missing digits so no way to get help to login.

I read all the other reviews but hoped they’d fixed it. Nope. Tried registering with VIN and with Roadside Assistance contract number. No luck. Details cannot be found.
