Tried this in Rome this week. The app has a QR code pass that works in the underground train/subway system. This does not work on the bus! You also need this app if you bought any ROMA PASS tickets.
Doesn’t work
App is horrible. Customer service is non existent. Pass doesn’t work
ERROR on application
The application does not work for some pass, and there is no refund in this case, so it’s completely unfair.
Bad services
When I got to he entrance at the colosseum the personal they just keep saying that that was not the ticket and not willing to help to resolve the problem and when I reach out to the company via the app they said that I need to active the ticket in a scanner located that the entrance but was not there and now they don’t want to refund my money what bad services.

Doesn’t work
We paid money for Roma pass, but train station didn’t accept it. You don’t get what you pay for
