Tried this in Rome this week. The app has a QR code pass that works in the underground train/subway system. This does not work on the bus! You also need this app if you bought any ROMA PASS tickets.
Doesn’t work
App is horrible. Customer service is non existent. Pass doesn’t work
ERROR on application
The application does not work for some pass, and there is no refund in this case, so it’s completely unfair.
Bad services
When I got to he entrance at the colosseum the personal they just keep saying that that was not the ticket and not willing to help to resolve the problem and when I reach out to the company via the app they said that I need to active the ticket in a scanner located that the entrance but was not there and now they don’t want to refund my money what bad services.

Doesn’t work
We paid money for Roma pass, but train station didn’t accept it. You don’t get what you pay for
Works great
Works as expected, all the 1 star reviews apparently are by people too stupid to read. You get a mail with a Code which you enter in the app. Then you get two different QR codes, one for museums and one for public transport. The one for transport you activate, then it works perfectly for 48 hours (in my case). The other one is activated as soon as you enter the first museum. I chose the Forum Romanum and entered without any problem at all.

Nicht zu gebrauchen
Funktioniert kaum, reagiert nicht, schlecht übersetzt und kein Support. Lieber den pass physisch in Rom kaufen, Hände weg von dem digitalen pass. Keiner in Rom an den Kassen weis damit umzugehen
Don’t buy a pass via app!!!!!
You won‘t receive a ticket if you book a romapass via app and the money will be gone. The support is very bad, you won‘t get your money back!! Seems like a scam.

Aplicativo pesado, não funciona direito e dá muitos erros.
Estou há horas tentando ativar o meu pass sem sucesso pois o processo trava ou o aplicativo não funciona.

Not working terrible support
Complete waste of money, was not accepted at many sites, support did not answer or took long time to answer, providing links to faq sites of their website. Asking for refund pending
Scam pass - do not buy
Beware - this pass does not give discounts at any museums - when we tried to use all of the staff forced us to pay full price. It was over €60 lost and does not save you any money at all.
