Downloaded it on my iPad, all it ever showed was a blank screen. deleted
worked on iPhone 11
upgraded to iPhone 16, then had wifi outage for few days, couldn't get the app to work on cellular; when wifi restored, still couldn't get app to work even after deleting and redownloading. workaround is direct link to wheres my bus etc on coastttansit.com under how to use, but haven't yet figured out the way to see where the bus is in real time. customer service is great if you have to call.

Fix this stupidity
It used to show you where the bus is but now it doesn’t and this isn’t just for me everyone I talk to it changed and it used to be helpful to know where the bus was but now nothing I see the anticipated time but sometimes it’s 3 hours late or maybe it already came 40 minutes ago and I’m here waiting for nothing because it says it’s expected in 7 minutes. It used to be good then something changed now it sucks

Not working at all
I’ve deleted and downloaded again. I don’t know what else to do. I can’t get past the “pick your transit authority” screen. When I click, it does absolutely nothing. Or the app doesn’t load at all.
Horrible
Half the time it does not track them and some of the time it does it is not even accurate. I have seen a bus teleport to the middle of a pond and sit there!? Fix your app

I downloaded the app 2hrs ago it wont let me select the state I’m in I closed the app an reopened it an it wont work

This app doesn’t work at all. Nothing loads. I waited 30 minutes and did a speed test on my end. Whatever municipalities are paying for this service need to stop wasting money on this service.

Doesn’t work
This app is recommended by our local county transit and the only thing it will do is show me my location and nearby stops doesn’t show the routes and doesn’t show where my bus is. It’s completely useless
Abadoned app for Lowell City
I take the bus to get to school but from the day I downloaded this app for a better understanding of how the bus schedule looked lime I was met with NOTHING loading in. Hasnt fixed itself even in weeks. Don’t download this app if you live in Lowell, literally won’t work.
No longer works
I liked the app when it worked but it just has an empty loading screen on both mine and my partners phones now.

Edit: Pretty sure this app has been abandoned by the creators. The maintenance button leads to a defunct website.

That may have been a problem with my local transit system, but I don’t think so. This app routinely fails to load - usually at the most inconvenient times! I really rely on Route Shout bc our buses are either 5 min early or 20 min late. It seems like this problem started acting up again after the most recent update. Please fix it ASAP!

My daughter rides the transit bus to be dropped off at school so as a parent, I worry this app doesn’t load in and when it does, it’s kind of a rare occasion it don’t matter if I’m at home or at the bus stop with my daughter waiting it still just don’t wanna load. I really don’t think that this app is worth having. Of course I’m not trying to be rude. I’m just trying to be honest because with a child that goes to school riding the transit bus. I need something that’s accurate and loads in quickly so I can see where the bus is at or if it’s if it’s already passed and I need to take her to school and another thing is is the bus can be early or late even though it says it’s supposed to be there at a certain time so you honestly never know
