What's New in RTIP on the go

Various bug fixes and enhancements

User reviews

Very Poor Functionality

As noted by others: 1. The facial recognition is unreliable: it worked once, but even though it is turned on in Settings in the app and in the iOS, the facial recognition screen is not being served.

The sign-in screen field for the password seems to be set up incorrectly: the iOS responds by offering to CREATE a password, rather than offering to fill in the existing password.

I have attempted to filter the claims by client, type of claim, and date range, in order to see how much I have left this year for para-medical services. I have attempted this several times and each time the app fails, closes, and serves the log-in screen. Of course the filter settings are lost and have to be set again, then it fails, repeat, repeat. IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL IF A DASHBOARD WERE TO BE ADDED WHICH SHOWS THE DESCENDING BALANCE FOR EACH TYPE OF CLAIM INSTEAD OF HAVING TO RUN A REPORT.

New claims

It’s not very user friendly if you’re making a claim for the first time.

RTIP on the Go

As far as submitting claims, the process couldn’t be easier. I imagine with time they will make it even better by allowing you to know how much remains for a given therapy. I haven’t traveled, so I haven’t experienced submitting those claims. I hope our tip keeps up the great development of this APP.

Useless app

It never recognizes face recognition. Always have to go on web site so what’s the point of having an app????

Weird screens

When I log into the ap it goes to the screen I want and then quickly scrolls sideways to the login screen every single time. I can’t get into the ap. 🤷‍♀️
