Incredibly dangerous for true beginners
This app is insanely dangerous for beginners, even though it markets itself as adaptive and great for avoiding injuries. Injuries are caused by ramping up too quickly, and when I put my information in, it wanted me to do lots and lots of running from the first session, rather than starting with walking. I know from experience this would rapidly lead to injury, especially for someone at my weight. This might be okay for experienced runners who have a strong level of fitness and have built up their bodies to handle running, but if you are looking for something geared to a true beginner, please look elsewhere.

Tried it.
Got hurt somewhere along the line. Guessing during the strength training. Hernia, ugh!
Unstable and buggy
Keep having to restore purchases as doesn’t think I have subscribed. Have to connect to watch every time you try and use it. Feedback during run is constant and continuous which is very confusing. Not great will be cancelling, has potential to be useful but not there yet.
Updates ruined app
I used rundot last year to run my first marathon which was glitchy but functional. With the new updates it is now glitchy and non functional. Often it won’t start, it stops my work out, and it does not adapt to my fitness scoring. It’s worthless. There are so many different apps. I wish I could get my money back. Don’t waste your time

Actual AI. Easy use, adaptive & reactive.
Really impressed. Use of relevant AI - data science and not just an LLM or a chatbot. This means the system doesn’t just regurgitate old pdf plans but something that is personal to you. I’ve seen times I’ve not seen for 20 years. Chapeau!
