The app is not working
This is the worst app. It no longer works on iOS 15 after the last two updates.

أسوأ تجربة مصرفية مررت بها. خلال فترة تعاملي مع البنك واجهت تأخيرًا متكررًا في الحوالات، وإلغاء وإعادة بعض العمليات دون توضيح، بالإضافة إلى خدمة عملاء بطيئة ومعلومات غير دقيقة.
رغم التزامي بتقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة، كانت الإجراءات معقدة وانتهى الأمر بإغلاق حسابي بشكل نهائي.
بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية، لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا البنك إطلاقًا.
