Lost in Jordan
Horrible , does not work in Jordan or Thailand. A waste of money.
Awful in China
Have used Ubigi previously who were absolutely flawless. Tried Saily to support the filthycasuals boys, but boy do they have a dud sponsor.
In Beijing very frequently didn’t have any data, would constantly be turning on/off the sim, aeroplane mode, mobile data etc. and that only infrequently worked. Meanwhile my partner on an older iphone with Airalo and otherwise the exact same settings had a completely smooth experience.
ADDIT: About half way to Dalian from Beijing and everything thereafter I stopped getting any reception full stop, all while Airalo continues strong. Have had to dump and buy another esim.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. I bought the Saily “unlimited” 5-day plan expecting a quick eSIM setup, but instead I was forced to download an app before I could even install the eSIM.
I’m travelling with poor mobile signal and bought this specifically for instant connectivity. Having to download an app first, with no alternative QR/manual installation option clearly provided, made the setup impossible when I actually needed it.
Travel eSIMs are supposed to solve connectivity problems, not create another one. A simple QR code or direct iOS eSIM installation option would make this much more reliable.

Account deleted with credit
My account has been deleted with credit on it, the support couldn’t have an access on deleted account and said there’s nothing to do about it, I accessed the account earlier and I tried again I couldn’t find my details anymore, be careful with this company, unreliable, dishonest and terrible support which is limited to access information about your account

No signal in Scotland
Haven’t had anymore than 2 bars of signal the entire time I used it (if I even got that). I strongly urge you to choose another E-Sim if you are visiting Scotland (I am from here originally so I know where is good and bad usually, this is just all bad)

Worst service set up. They need to work on the how to guide because I paid Saily and then was also still charged roaming fees by my carrier. Saily service was basically useless.

Unreliable. Zero support. Not recommended.
Downloaded Saily for my trip to China. Purchased unlimited data. It worked initially, but then throttled me after the first day and then became unusable. Frequently just stopped working which left me completely unable to function in China. The app has a troubleshooting feature and when you exhaust all the steps it says “looks like we tried everything”. Not recommended. Horrible horrible experience and left me marooned in China with no ability to transact, use transport, communicate or anything. Occasionally I can get it to work for a minute and then nothing… horrible app.

Pick a plan and pray
No refund on completely unused and unactivated plans is absurd. If your service isn’t working and that’s why I want a refund, why would you give me store credit that I’m clearly not going to use? Avoid at all costs!
Easy to set up but coverage and service spotty
eSIM was easy to set up, and coverage started working as I traveled. I had some issues mid-trip where the internet connection stopped working, and the support bot wasn’t able to resolve the issue after confirming cellular configuration. Used just over 10% of my purchased plan (meaning no refund), and was grateful to have the coverage I did, but it seems the coverage from country-to-country is inconsistent. Probably won’t try this service again in the country I traveled to specifically, but would try it again in a more travelled country.
