This app doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work it never opens only gives an error message and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and still don’t work.

I just bought a new fridge, the app doesn’t even work. It says 404 error on the Samsung default site the app takes you to, to set up your new family hub account. Really? I may return the whole fridge. How does a company let it get like this? Who needs to be fired? Seriously. Just sad state of businesses today in this country.
UPDATE Months later still doesn’t work. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled. It DOESNT EVEN GO TO THE SITE. Reddit is full of complaints saying the same!

App not working
The app is not working. There is a error to login and don’t let navigate trought the app at all

We have a smart fridge and this app is what’s needed to load pictures ect. This app hasn’t worked in a really long time, it open and immediately shuts on its own.

Shame Apple don’t make Fridge’s
Utter garbage. Well I say that as it does nothing. It says log in to your Samsung user profile on the fridge then come back to the app. Logged in on the fridge, yet the app just says the same again. There are some very poor app creators out there and Samsung are definitely one of them. (Oh, and I have sent reports on other issues on the hub itself, as it doesn’t align to the guide but no surprise, no response.

App is useless, keeps redirecting to login but webpage that has been broken for quite some time. Samsung doesn’t seem to care about it

I can not even get the app to open. A pop up prompting you to add your account to your device before use if the app prevents me from accessing any app features. I’m already logged into the same account on the device and I’ve updated all the apps. Unusable

This app doesn’t do anything it says it can. It’s generally a waste of time. I just want my Family Hub on the fridge to be an automated information place for my family to know what’s coming up etc. THAT I COULD UPDATE ON MY TABLET….instead of the frustrating hours of standing in front of my fridge. it doesn’t play nice with calendars and the links for setup help or YouTube videos are outdated and not helpful. What a complete waste of opportunity!
