Not fit for purpose
After recently being told by technical that a fix is never coming. Return item for refund. They will honour all returns as the item is not fit for purpose. Do not however take the rest of their advice and order a replacement in the way of their fort smart controller. It is receiver is entirely prewired and will not retrofit tidily. The controller. Is battery operated only. Unfortunately. This item also is imminently going to be returned for a full refund. Avoid ESP/Sangamo for heating controls guys ! It’s really not their strong point.

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work.
You can’t even register normally. I got advice from the customer service not to use the email and that is how I register.
That worked and created automatic number user name.
But that was it. There is no information in the app or structure. App doesn’t show in the settings to set anything up properly.
Let’s hope they’ll work on the app and one say it will be usable.

I’ll just tell you that the app/timeclock is truly awful.
Buy a nest or a Hive, may cost a bit more, but at least it’ll work
