Order 2. They only brought 1 item that I ordered and I ended up paying 40$ for a 15$ item. Wasn’t informed about this until they delivered the single item.
Never had such an unpleasant experience with a delivery app and that’s a low bar

APPARENTLY it's impossible to do any delivery where I live. Don't even know WHERE the delivery zone is. Just tells me I'm outside of it and won't explain further
Misleading
I thought this app was a DELIVERY system to work for to earn money. I could care less about the alcohol how do I DO the actual deliveries for this and make money?
Worst delivery service I’ve used
This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve used, and I’ve used pretty much all of them. I’m a first-time customer who received a notification at 10:48am saying that my order was out for delivery. After 72 minutes, I still hadn’t received it even though I only live 16 minutes from the store. I could see the courier on the map at first, but he wasn’t moving, and then he disappeared. I tried reaching out to Saucey through email, chat, and phone, and I didn’t get a single response anywhere. When I called the store, they checked and apparently the order had been canceled at 11:34. This was at 12:22. Nobody emailed me, texted me, called me, nothing. The store wasn’t notified either. Since then I’ve continued to reach out to Saucey through chat and email, and still no response. And still no emails or anything else telling me that the order was canceled, an hour and a half later. If I hadn’t called the store, I’d still be waiting and would have no idea. This wasn’t a cheap order either, so I don’t have the money to just re-order in the meantime. Plus, it was extremely important that I receive the item today, which is why I ordered it first thing this morning. Now everything has been screwed up, nobody will answer me, and I’m beyond frustrated. Unless something drastic happens, this will most definitely be the first and last time I use this service. If I could rate negative stars, I would.

Worst cataloging I’ve ever seen
I deleted this app and will never waste my time with it again. Search bar doesn’t work at all. (I searched the fish beer list just to check) unless you want to mindlessly scroll through pages of beers that probably aren’t at a local store it takes far to long to find the basics.
Convenience at your fingertips
Wow everything at our fingertips, when I found Saucey, I was ecstatic. I'm not always able to make that walk two blocks to store, since I'm disabled. And the times I used this service I was impressed, you get what you need without the added expenses. A real bargain for the convenience of a delivery to your door!!! Except once I saw total check out price was different beware!

Listen I do not mind a little hole in cost for the convenience but Saucey nearly doubles the price of things plus give you a delivery charge then expects you to tip. Just not worth it it when I can add thing on Instacart, Uber Eats and door dash for nearly half the cost.
Unable to Scan the Back of ID
Very stupid and dummy idea on scanning the code on the back of the ID for age verification. It doesn’t scan when u align them, and u can’t upload it manually.

I live in the DFW area and I was assuming that the site would work. However, I got a message from an Uber driver (that’s weird) to cancel my order. They didn’t have it.
At first, I was like OK I get it. I went to the website to see where I could cancel my order. Instead, I had to talk to an AI for 30 minutes until I got a live human on the chat.
There are many hoops to jump through for that.

Trash App
App doesn’t work properly or allow you to sign in. Doesn’t send emails to reset account, and won’t allow me to update my info. The app just doesn’t work. Then they have the nerve to be super expensive on top of that! Literally better off going w DoorDash or Gopuff. Terrible app, terrible customer service, terrible platform. All around dumpster truck.
