Fraud and liars
I joined SBZEE after a marketing representative assured me that if I didn’t like the service or prices, my wallet recharge amount would be refunded. Based on that assurance, I recharged ₹299 and placed an order. However, I found the prices to be significantly higher than local markets and other delivery platforms. The service also provides next-morning delivery rather than quick delivery, which did not meet my expectations.
When I requested a refund as promised, the company refused and instead asked me to utilize the wallet balance. This experience feels misleading and has completely eroded my trust in the brand. Because of this, SBZEE has not only lost my trust but also lost a customer. Very disappointed with the service and the way customer concerns are handled.

The category is not listed as vegetables and fruits.
The list of vegetables is very small.
The price mentioned is not as per mandi price. I buy even the best price veggies from my nearby market.
App crashes all the time.
The delivery was not a door to door delivery.
Delivery time is next day which I will not consider to buy in future.

App is not working after taking address and never loads up again . Waste of time
FRAUD, unreachable, never delivered itema
Order not delivered, no support, worst experience. The promise is that you order and it will get delivered between 5-8AM the next day. My order never arrived and there is only a ticket system for connecting with support. People expect vegetable delivery to be on time or at least know when is it going to delivered, or even get delivered or not. The phone number which appears on request to cancel order says "INVALID NUMBER". These people are fraud. Do not use.

This is a third class app with bugs and glitches. The salesman reaches out and brags that vegetables will be farm fresh but when I received the product it was not fresh at all, reported that few products are really damaged the customer care rep says that we will take the feedback but cannot do anything about it as it is always fresh. Do not rely on these people and the app at all you will never get fresh on top of it price is higher than the market.

I recently ordered fruits and vegetables from the Sbzee app, and I must say it was a great experience. I live in Aditya Urban Casa, Sector 78, Noida, and the quality of the products delivered was really impressive. Everything was fresh, well-packed, and priced reasonably.

Pricey than market
They said that it is cheaper than market. That not seems the case. 60/- dozen banana in market. Here, 30/- for three pcs.There is no fixed price as well. 100-120 gm. How much we are paying, no idea. Not worth it
Frauds
Please dont add any wallet balance to this app. The sales team makes fake promises and then don’t deliver it. They promise you 50% off on first order, but you never get that. Neither sales team reply to you.
