Getting worse and worse
The STC Bank app is getting worse and worse, and I think it’s finally time to say goodbye and switch to another bank.
One of the most frustrating changes is that you can no longer take a screenshot or easily share proof of a transaction. This is something people use every day when buying or selling items, paying online, or simply sending proof of payment to someone.
We used to receive SMS confirmations, which made it quick and easy to share payment proof. Now, that simple process has become unnecessarily complicated—if not impossible.
I honestly don’t understand why a banking app would remove such a basic and useful feature. What a joke.

New app is terrible
New app looks like it was outsourced to the cheapest possible vendor. Poor UX design, where fonts and type size change between pages for no reason. Confusing layout that bears no relation to the previous app. Options hidden until you fill in other fields. Everything just looks like a first draft pushed out with no testing. Horrible.

Old App Was Better
New app not as user friendly as previous version. SC call it an enhancement but it’s really not. Everything is now more clicks away and you get less detail in both initial and consolidated views. Bring back the old app!!!

Keeps crashing
It keeps crashing after login you click anything. Login is gine but within app you click anything and it ceashes

You may not find yourself using this app much because SC credit cards itself have some of the least competitive cash/rewards programs compared to other UAE credit cards
Annual fees are also on the higher side (though you can try some of their products: free for one year)

Poor
Unable to make payments even after adding billers. One payments also not getting through as the app hot stuck and restarts again and again.

After last update the app is not working properly, everytime i click on the main account it kicks back to the login screen
No more Apple Pay option
They have removed the way to verify Apple Pay. There’s no way to set this up now on your phone.

Worst customer service ever! They never do as they say. Big scam
Spend hours with customer service with no results. Credit cards fees and interest are everywhere with no justification. Agents lie to sell you.
The new update breaks credit card limits
The new update removes the the credit card limit setting, there is no confirm button. I cannot change my credit card limits after this update. Please fix this.

Utterly useless. Crashes every time immediately upon logging in on iPhone 7 Plus.

it is a solid application , but only with a few features and things you can do . Need more things can be done via mobile banking . Mobile banking is the future for all bank process they need to focus more .

Update does not work
Once updated the app still request to update.. but apple store know it’s updated and only offer the “open” button.
It is a shame
I have never seen a worse interface. Too many glitches. Today, when I opened the app, it says that it has been upgraded and asked me if I want to get the latest upgrade. You click yes, it takes you to their webpage .. that’s it so basically it is not working

Like the new update but kindly support 6/6s Plus bigger display phones.
Buggy update
The app doesn't show the login prompt at all rather pops up a window saying the device is jailbroken though it isn't
