Great airport
I like Schiphol Airport. However, I wish there were better signs and that I never had to carry luggage up or down stairs.

From the US and this app was helpful. Booking a time for security was like using TSA pre in the US - much shorter line. Helpful for gate change as well!

Has everything you need. Especially liked the step by step where to go next instructions as you journey through the airport.

I visit a number of airports and this new app from Schiphol is way ahead (by a huge margin) of any other major international airport 🙏

So much faster than the airline updates
I like the new look and streamlined layout, though I've not used it extensively so it is only my first impression.

Get this app!
Easy use and super helpful when traveling out of AMS/ Schipol airport.
Thoughtful Design
This app was very helpful in navigating to/from Amsterdam as a first time visitor. Accurate information was provided about transportation types/times and flight times (including delays) along with specific directions getting to/from/within the airport. It’s one of the more thoughtfully designed app with the user experience in mind.

We allowed more than enough time to check in etc,
We did sign up for accessibility but before TSA the line was huge. Sooo we did it ourselves with the acknowledgement of many schiphol workers to make it easier, cutting the line etc. helping out. Our E21 was broken but we got there anyway

This app is the best airport app I’ve ever used. Best airport too. Took 15 minutes through security and passport control.

Good airport and flight guidance
This app is really convenient when it comes to traveling from Schiphol. It sends u notifications of your flight as well and there is a map of Schiphol with all the restaurants, shops, gates, etc.
Exceptional airport app
As someone who’s been designing software for well over a decade, I can honestly say this is one of the better app experiences I’ve had. It’s clean, intentional, and easy to navigate. They focused on traveler needs and goals and hit the bullseye.

Saves time and stress!
The app is easy to navigate and offers really useful functionality like booking a security slot ahead of time which has saved me a lot of stress and uncertainty.
Also useful - a lot of realtime updates on busyness of various parts of journey to get to your flight. Nicely designed, genuinely useful, reliable and free - what more do you want?

Absolute pointless app
App is not kept up to date. Had a 2 and a half hour delay on my flight. App was saying on time. Absolutely pointless app.
Useless for real time information
Don’t bother using this app for real time information because you simply won’t get it. Delayed departure times. Gate changes. Very annoying.
Totally useless if your a traveler
I don’t want to be chased around with glib information that doesn’t answer my question.
I expect a precise and direct answer to my question;
“Where can I find some pipe tobacco.”
Try it out and you will soon realise the site is made by people who have never been outside their office, or don’t know what a unfamiliar traveler wants. No wonder thousand of people are aimlessly milling around, and everything comes to a grind.
Nice pictures, though. But that doesn't answer the question.

Meh
The app functions well but provided us with some inaccurate information. It said we cannot check our bags until 2 hours before our flight, but while checking them in the employee said we were actually able to check them in 4 hours before our flight. It also did not provide us with our flight delays and said it was on time when it wasn’t. However it did give us the right check in gate and terminal. This app is somewhat helpful but I would make sure to double check the accuracy of the information provided with airport employees and the departure time screens found throughout the airport.
