Not enough options to use like most bank apps
Great banking
Regardless of the branch office that I’ve dealt with, the staff has been consistently pleasant and helpful, and I have worked with five of their branch offices in the past five years! Great bank to work with!
Basic function
This is a bare bones app. It gets the job done but the display is outdated. The steps to pay a bill are clunky and it’s just not intuitive. Is this the 1990’s?
Stops working every few days
I use this daily to check balance and to transfer 3 different accts I have. BUT last few months, it has stopped working? Even the bank can’t fix it. I’m very disappointed
Simple and Detailed
Easy detailed and not loaded with ads or non-associated side clicks.
So grateful for the app
The Seamen’s Bank mobile app has been such a great addition to the available activities on the app. Our Association members mail checks to me as the Treasurer then I formerly had to mail them the bank!

App still feels outdated and we need cards we can tap with

Convenient but not working on iPhone XR. Mobile check deposit would be cool feature to add.
