When i contact customer service everyone is a supervisor. Seems thats another lie they implemented to prevent escalation. They give customers a refund cap. After that they don’t refund holding you responsible for their operational issues like restaurant and delivery people mistakes in spite of photograph evidence and even while charging astronomical fees on top of inflated item prices. I started to walk to places again or calling restaurants directly now. It is only a matter of time before laws see how unethical seamless has become.

I have used Seamless for many years and the service has gone way down. My last 3 orders were all late and food was cold . When you reach out to help they end the chat. The drivers do not speak English and do not respond to texts or call.s. Do not use! ;(

Seamless/Grubhub should switch to the GPS mapping system that DoorDash uses. I never have a problem with DoorDash deliveries.

Remember when you called the restaurant and they brought you the food? No service fee. No delivery. Just a tip and a thank you. Now there’s a middle man for a system that actually worked. People just can’t stand to keep their money.

Really quick to order prices are pretty reasonable but how many times are they gonna ask me to subscribe for GrubHub plus literally every time I open the app. Please leave me alone and let me just order. I wish there was a way to opt out of these pop-ups.
