Deceptive charging practices
Ordered food. Showed me the total and misc charges. Never presented the tip amount. Surprise, surprise when my card charge comes through, there’s a tip I never saw, nor authorized. Had to fight with support to get it fixed.

I would choose seamless over any ordering service. Customer service is always helpful and quick.

I feel your involvement caused a downfall in the quality of delivery service, (ie the right order, the temperature, a reasonable time frame)…added a little more financial strain to the restaurants and literally taking money away from the delivery persons. While putting money in your pocket you added more stress to a struggling industry.

Seamless works….
The Seamless app works when Grubhub does not! Often times it is when we want to order delivery to home when we are away. It’s very easy to order from this app no matter where you are…

Sneaky charges, but app does work well.
Worst delivery app.
Brian, a racist delivery person, purposely left my food somewhere else. He saw I was a minority, passed in front of my house and left my food somewhere else. Do better seamless. Hire better people.
We love Seamless but their GPS is always wrong
We don't know why, but the Seamless GPS sends drivers to "6th Street" instead of "6th Avenue". Many times the drivers don't speak English and we try to text them the correct address and they call and argue. We usually add about 20+ minutes for this to get figured out! It's frustrating bc there is no one to reach about the issue and the restaurants cannot help bc the delivery folks are not their employees.

Delay in Delivery
There’s a disconnect between ordering and getting your food when ordering from a restaurant that uses a delivery service. They often have numerous delivery at a time and by the time the food gets to me, it’s cold. Either the restaurant needs to understand the approximate delivery time to adequately wrap the food or the driver should have fewer stops. I often limit my orders to those restaurants that have their own delivery because of this.

Poor user experience
This app is not good. Not only is it not user friendly, but it has such a shortage of drivers, my order was cancelled due to lack of ability to pick it up. This app is not effective without sufficient workers, which they do not have. Please, I recommended to continued used of GrubHub or DoorDash until they had this issue resolved.

Needs improvement
I use the app several times a week. But GH needs to improve it. The search feature is terrible. It doesn't work. If you put two words it ignores one of them and quotes don't work. Useless. Over eats works much better. And you can't add to tip without chatting with customer support. Stupid. Again, Uber and Starbucks for example have figured this out. Who are the lazy developers at Seamless/GH? Get with it man.

Been loving this place for over 8 years. Never had a bad meal. I’ve had it all from the Stromboli, quesadillas, burgers, pizza, club sandwiches, wraps, cold hero, hot hero… yum yum :)
