Needs improvement
I use the app several times a week. But GH needs to improve it. The search feature is terrible. It doesn't work. If you put two words it ignores one of them and quotes don't work. Useless. Over eats works much better. And you can't add to tip without chatting with customer support. Stupid. Again, Uber and Starbucks for example have figured this out. Who are the lazy developers at Seamless/GH? Get with it man.

Been loving this place for over 8 years. Never had a bad meal. I’ve had it all from the Stromboli, quesadillas, burgers, pizza, club sandwiches, wraps, cold hero, hot hero… yum yum :)

I’m a Seamless person and I traveled and somehow I was forced to GrubHub and then when I came back home, Grubhub kept opening. Why y’all can’t just have one company annoying.

there have been several instances where a restaurant made my food wrong and as soon as they get suspicious they completely give up and don’t allow you to get a refund.

Seamless, but a little too seamless
Several times I’ve ordered food to the wrong address. Their customer service is great and placing orders is extremely easy. But I wish they made the address you’re ordering to more conspicuous on the app so I don’t accidentally sent it to the wrong place.
Willing to pay pricing
It’s pretty clear after watching the pricing for my very favorite restaurant increase by $25 over the last year that Seamless has moved to individual pricing. Just to make sure I just called the restaurant and they confirmed that Seamless is charging almost $30 on top of what the food cost to deliver it 1 mile away.

No allowing me to add a credit card
The app isn’t allowing me to add a credit card. I’m forced to use apple pay

Seamless canceled order for no reason. Restaurant had it ready to go.
