This app does not work. It is impossible to log in with my see tickets account. Utterly useless. Total failure of an app.

Like so many of these wonderful apps, this is not for the elderly, the partially sighted or the disabled. Pretty difficult to tick a box with a car in it when you can’t even see the box

Unable to log in
Reset password as directed on the See Tickets website and tried to login to the app. Could enter email but the page for the password was shown as expired. Have an event in July that is digital tickets only so need access.

Trying to access to keys transferred from my friend who can no longer go to Take That tomorrow night. She keeps getting a confirmation to say they’ve been transferred to me. I keep getting an email to say they’ve been transferred but there is NOTHING in my wallet. What are we supposed to do????? Customer service pointless as they keep telling us to do the same thing that isn’t working. No one else to help. Absolute rip off

Cannot share official resale tickets
The app is not set up properly for resale tickets.
I bought some tickets via Twickets and the only way the seller (who had bought them on G&T) could get them to me was by using this app. Now I am stuck with all the tickets in my app and I cannot share them out to the other people, because it seems you can only “share” tickets once.
Obviously it is an official resale ticket, so why is this option not available on the app for a resale?

Confusing!
It’s a bit confusing, as See Tickets, Eventim and Gigs and Tours all seem to be interlinked and my tickets did not show in the wallet. Took a fair bit of clicking around to find out where they were!
