High APR, no 2FA
For those who are concerned about ever-changing finances, I don’t recommend having a credit card with this company. I’ve seen many credit card offers. This company gave me the highest APR I’ve ever seen. Cash back is based on their “sole discretion,” according to the fine print. I don’t trust it, but I haven’t had the card for a full cycle yet (they give cash back at the end of the statement cycle).
I have to change my password every month for this account because they didn’t give me any 2FA options in the app. This alone might cause me to cancel. Normal high-risk apps (e.g. finance, healthcare) at least require SMS codes. The best ones offer passkeys, authentication apps, etc.

Sketchy company
This company is very sketchy and seems to operate with a skeleton crew. When I called there was no one available to help me log back into my account. And the app has very few options available for someone who primarily does business online. It is unfortunate that I got suckered into this and now when I close it, my credit score will drop. But I’m willing to take the chance and not do business with companies like this.

I paid my account on time and what they don’t tell you is you need to verify your banking info
That takes them 2-3 days to do so so now they charged me a 25 dollar fee wrong

Dissatisfied
I’ve had this account for over a month and haven’t been able to use. As soon as I was approved I was almost instantly put on fraud review yet I was still charged the annual fee. I was told I needed to submit a bank statement showing that I paid the bill. Why should I pay a bill for an account I’ve never been able to use. This card account and actions seem very questionable.

App is bad! All information is running together and you don’t know what your payment is or what your account balance is!
A very bad App
You cannot change your banking information without sending in a bank statement with a government id. I have been an established user since 2024 with on time payments. My checking account was compromised and I had to close out the old account.
