Unable to use balance
I was able to create an account and add 100 Kc to my balance, but now when I try to buy a ticket I get an error about having a poor connection (even though I'm able to access the internet from other apps)
It doesn't work
It worked ok for a few weeks then suddenly stopped working.
When it works it’s great, terrible setup experience
If you’re international and using this app, the setup and verification is extremely painful. You may not ever receive the verification code that needs to be texted to you to proceed to the next step and the app does not offer any altnerstives. If you ever switch phones (like upgrade), you’ll be locked out and have to text a number for “reset” which doesn’t seem to do anything.
Skip all this phone number verification crap that doesn’t work without friction and just allow me to create an account to use - this isn’t rocket science

Terrible interface
If you enter a phone number and are unable to receive a code there is NO way to go back and edit.

Zkoušel jsem aplikaci ale při pokusu o placení vždy spadne. A taky proč musím dobíjet kredit místo toho abych normálně použil Apple Pay?
Only uses international numbers
If you were here to visit and didn’t get an international number, you can’t use this app at all
Terrible - can't top up with card
Complicated user interface and top up via credit card doesn't work - after the payment page opens in Safari and I submit the payment, the redirect doesn't work - Safari throws an error that redirect address is invalid and keeps displaying the error.
Worst app ever!
