Don’t give these folks your money ….
Loaded some funds to pay a bill on a Sunday couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Online registration, downloaded the app, etc. to no avail. Don’t waste your money & time
I bought a pay as you go card. It made me register now. I can’t even pay my bill or transfer money
I bought this pay as you go surf card. It says you can instant activate paid bills and etc. move money to your other account and for some reason it does not let me every time I denies it and then I had to set up an account and it’s saying register the card they’re supposed to send me card that tells me I have a balance on it shows on the same exact account that I registered on and all I have is a literally checking account number and routing number. This is getting very confusing for some reason. I cannot pay my Consumers bill and I cannot move money from this Serve debit Visa that I got from pay as you go from the store and they made me register into an online account and now I need to know how to work to very very confusing and I cannot get a hold of no customer support

We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Serve PayGo account. For immediate assistance please call Serve at 1-833-729-9646. As an alternative, if you could please email Mobile@app.serve.com with your contact info, we would be happy to contact you so we can assist you. You have to register your temporary card if you want full account benefits. You can use your temporary card for online or in store purchases until your balance reaches zero.

Don’t put any money in any serve account or card, has been 5 days since I’ve activated my card and still can’t use any of the money in the account, there is zero numbers to call for actual help only AI automated messages, looking to sue these people and shut this whole alleged

I couldn’t make an account even though I already put money on my card. This app is stressing me out. I’ll never ever use this app ever again in my life.

Why update?
Why spend time updating the app when Amex is doing away with serve? Makes no sense.

Unexpected fees for a monthly and on top of that pay fees to load up and bought the card … very unexpected and very not satisfied.. I’ll never deal with again.
Can’t do anything with my money
The first transaction went well then no more money could be added so I had to use this app and the barcode to add more money, they forced me to put my info for a “personalized card” now I can’t use the first card for anything. I don’t know if the system is down or am I gonna have to wait for the personalized card or what… Can’t shop online, can’t add it to Apple Pay, can’t transfer to App Store, nada.
Also no way to get in contact with a human with the phone numbers provided.

Where is the VISA app, this opens the closing American Express app only?
The American Express Serve opens but the VISA Serve does not offer an app; you must login each time you need this one, and therefore disrupts bill pay.
Update reply: if it’s on American Express, you cannot also have the Visa. It does not work like you are trying to tell me because you cannot use your Visa account while American Express is still open. They have not yet closed completely.

Going to miss this app they only charged a $1 each month which isn’t bad at all but I switched to Chime seeing how it was similar to this one going to miss this app and the perks that came with it
Serve card
Do not buy this card from the store you going to waste your money they’re not going to register your card. You will have a hard time with customer service disrespectful hung up on me many times nobody can help. I felt like I got robbed with my money.
