Doesn’t work.
Servo Saver App. Can’t get it to work. Keeps telling me to download the app. I have. I even deleted the app and reinstalled. No surprise. More govt technology that over promises and under delivers.
What’s the point?
I use this as my primary ID since auspost keypass was retired. But the damn ID isn’t loading. What’s the point of a phone wallet ID if it’s not reliable?! I still have to carry my damn card just in case.
Logout message says “all data will be lost”
As the Logout message says “all data will be lost” which is a bit bizzare ! and implies the need to stay logged in, but you need to setup a PIN. It should also allow Face ID,

Poor app
Incredibly frustrating app. I tried to create a login to access the rego rebate. But the entire website keeps on crashing, and cannot get through the entire login set up. Each time it crashes, the email address I used to create an account gets blocked. I’ve used up all my email addresses, and still cannot get an account set up.

hard to login in
Tried to login in via the app, as well as website. Both failed. The screen just frozen without any notice.

Absolute piece of a junk, lets you verify your drivers license and then cancels the verification because you don’t have a second id, idiotic piece of garbage

I have found that the fuel app does not show the brands I have selected I will stick with fuel map and petrol spy the both of them cover all brands that’s the only problem with it so far….

So unreliable!!
It’s really frustrating how unreliable this app is. It’s got all the right intentions but it just doesn’t work! I can’t even log in. The Authenticator feature just does not work. I followed the same process and it worked when set it up but didn’t work after. And the whole recovery code thing makes no sense. I get given a bunch of codes but asked to enter a code. Do I enter one of the codes or all of them? Tried both ways and problem persists. Services VIC, this is basic user experience design. The Services NSW app has more a rating of 4.6* with 208k reviews! You need to learn from them. So simple!!

I Click on the app, I go to find the best fuel prices near you and it tells me to down load the app ???
Login issue
I tried to login with saved password, it failed. I did reset my password and tried logging in with new password again it failed. Not sure if it is a bug or what. It is happening since a month. Initially I thought maybe issue is from my end. But it is still happening, I can’t login at all…

This must be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used, come vic gov you really have to do better than this, get rid of the three questions don’t need them, I installed this and 2 minutes later I was going in a loop, whoever designed this needs there head checked
App is good, logic is broken
The app is good, very well optimised. What isn’t good, is the fuel logic. Retailers can just set really high maximums and readjust their prices anywhere within. It should be like PetrolSpy that has a set price, not a max/min.
