You overcharged me by $40, and even though you charged me through automatic payment, you claim that the additional $40 is because the automatic payment didn't go through; but if it works well enough to overcharge me by $40, this is a scam. My account always has a balance; it’s a lie that the payment wasn’t processed. I demand that you refund those two charges that you have unfairly billed me.

Missing Sezzle Points
I haven’t officially tried the flexible payment options yet, but I’ve had Sezzle for over a month and have tried to earn Sezzle Points through their offered games, surveys, and video ads. You can easily earn points through their surveys and ads, but if you complete game offers, you will not always receive the Sezzle points you were guaranteed. Also, it is very hard to reach customer service, so you will just have to take the loss.

The app is nice for managing buy now pay later loans but they sucker you into subscription by giving you $50 amazon gift card only if you subscribe. Boasts a reward point system saying you can do surveys and earn any where from couple points to hundreds and even low thousands of points with subscription. But seems you can never answer them correctly to continue. Everytime i click on surveys it kicks me out within the first few questions wasting my time and giving me just 10 points. So its a huge waste of my time. You have been informed.
