Best training APP
I discovered Kelsey and her training method in February while travelling and I have been hooked since! There are training sessions that are different every week, meal plans and meditations / breathwork. Kelsey makes it fun to train and it is very efficient 🤩

I LOVE the Shaep workouts. They are the perfect amount of challenging but doable. I feel stronger than ever and energized after. I’d love to see more details regarding the class descriptions, like a high level overview of moves, and what equipment is required. It’s hard to distinguish by titles and descriptions which workouts are more strength based vs Pilates based. Thanks!

Best Fitness App Ever!
Well-curated. No need to ever plan or think about what workout to do. Meal plans included. And challenges and WhatsApp community motivate you to show up and keep going. I also love that there is a wide range of offerings for meditation, breath work and tapping. It is the first time in my life I have been able to consistently stick with a fitness plan and I am seeing results. Kelsey’s platform has cracked the code for me! So grateful!

Perfect for any woman at any stage but especially premenopausal women. After suffering through injury after injury doing CrossFit for years- I finally found something that is equally challenging but gentler on my body. I haven’t been in this good of a shape since pre- pregnancy over 20 years ago. Kelsey and Shaep app are amazing! I am not a fan of home workouts, but they got me working out consistently. Workouts are efficient. I feel stronger and leaner. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been on Shaep for almost a year and the workouts never feel repetitive. I’m always excited to get the workouts done and see the green check on my calendar in the app! The best fitness app I’ve used
I have tried many fitness apps but this is hands down the best I have come across. I love how it incorporates all areas of health & wellness into daily routines, from exercise, nutrition through to meditation. The work outs are quick making it manageable to fit into my busy life with a young family and the meals are easy and nutritious. For the first time I genuinely love my health practice. I also LOVE the daily meditations. Thank you Kelsey! I love this app so much.

I’ve been using this platform since January 2023, and I absolutely love it! It’s so easy to fit workouts into my schedule, whether I’m doing a short or longer session at home. Kelsey makes it incredibly simple to stay consistent and motivated, and I’ve never felt stronger or more toned in my life. At 36, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been, and I can confidently say this program has been a game-changer. I can’t recommend this program enough—it's truly been life-changing.
