Dude this is amazing. You have access to all these great mediations and it helped me get over the initial discomfort with Shakti. Of course these sensations aren’t for everyone. Myself on the other hand, I have made Shakti Shala a part of my bedtime ritual. I find it to also be stimulating for coming up with new creative ideas and for confronting my emotions. 10/10 reccommend you at least give it a try.

Absolutely helps me relax
I use the Shakti mat on my bed at night to help me fall asleep. It sounds counterintuitive with the spikes in your back, but I actually fall asleep on the mat listening to the guided meditations provided in their app. It’s a great product. I’m so happy I purchased it and it has provided me many nights of great sleep.
