Dude this is amazing. You have access to all these great mediations and it helped me get over the initial discomfort with Shakti. Of course these sensations aren’t for everyone. Myself on the other hand, I have made Shakti Shala a part of my bedtime ritual. I find it to also be stimulating for coming up with new creative ideas and for confronting my emotions. 10/10 reccommend you at least give it a try.

Absolutely helps me relax
I use the Shakti mat on my bed at night to help me fall asleep. It sounds counterintuitive with the spikes in your back, but I actually fall asleep on the mat listening to the guided meditations provided in their app. It’s a great product. I’m so happy I purchased it and it has provided me many nights of great sleep.

I love my Shakti mat and I really only use it with the meditations on the app. I really wish they would add more sleep meditations, but it seems like this is a static source. Is anyone listening? I have sent messages in the past to the Shakti people.

Very relaxing
I purchased the Shakti mat and used it for the first time today, along with the first guided meditation in the series, and was able to stay on the mat (with bare skin) for the entire meditation, actually enjoying it!! Not only that, but the woman’s voice was very relaxing, which is SO important in a guided meditation! LOVE LOVE LOVE the mat - shocked to have felt what I assume was endorphin and oxytocin release, because I felt amazingly light and happy near the end of the meditation!!
