Bring back Picture in Picture mode
The hip opening challenge is great. However, the app has made it very frustrating to use. Prior to the update about 3 months ago, you could start the video session for the day, then swipe up on your iPhone to continue using other apps on your phone (ie. send text messages, check emails, etc.) because you could continue watching the video in Picture in Picture mode (similar to how you can with YouTube or other video apps on your phone) as you hold these extended stretches. I was told that the request to re-enable the Picture in Picture feature (essentially allowing the video to continue playing in a smaller screen on the iPhone when using other functions on the phone) was submitted to the developers. It has now been nearly 3 months since your update removed this feature, which has made it increasingly frustrating to use this app since it restricts the use of the phone if I want to have the video continue playing. This shouldn’t take this long to re-enable considering it was a feature that was already previously available. Attention to detail and making it simple to use matters when you charge people money for an app/service.

Help!
Been helping my Lower back. Go figure. Anytime it feels off. I throw this routine into the mix. I think should probably just do this everyday and then take a week off every now and then. Good stuff. Totally worth it. Thanks!
Excellent app and trainer
I bought science of stretching hip opening challenge several years ago and I’ve been using it ever since. These exercises are the only things that relieve back pain for me. Lucas is a skilled and centred trainer.
