Had a great time on my visit this time. I always enjoy my stay and Ball by the pool is always attentive and remembers me every time I visit. I appreciate his Service and Pimm concierge check in was amazing helping with a later check out as my flight was a night flight. Please recognize these two for their professionalism and attention to detail to make my stay the best.

Doesn’t work!
Was asking me to activate my account when I tried to log in with the number given to me by my hotel. When the verification code was sent to my email it was saying my account was already activated but I couldn’t log in - catch 22. Lost those points now as I can’t log in. Can’t be bothered with the hassle, I’ll just book through Booking.com next time.

北海香格里拉的入住体验极差
全球入住很多酒店，从来没听说过入住押金需要入住总费用1.5倍的情况，也就意味着，我入住一周，就需要缴纳总金额1.5倍的入住押金？当时我问前台工作人员：你确定？回答斩钉截铁，绝对是入住总费用！
一般来说，按照一晚房价的百分比收取一定押金都是正常的，譬如有些酒店也也可以拒绝，但是，入住押金收取1.5倍总房价就相当离谱了，假设每晚1000元，住七天，况且是我已经付过房费的情况下让我再缴纳10500元押金，简直就是疯狂至极

My wife and I started traveling alot and i must say that the whole staff by far is the best. Always smiling and very friendly, accommodating and you can feel their genuine care. Their smiles were a great way to start your day positively! I would highly recommend! The hotel was located in a great spot as well. I would stay here again!

Sign in mess
The sign in process is an absolute train smash. I already have an active accounts but I was sent in circles trying to log in. Please get some decent software engineered on the job!!!
Great Location
Staff all around are great. The only downfall have is the breakfast buffet. They can’t keep up with refilling the buffet and fresh juice bar.

This app is the worst part of Shangri-La
I’ve been a frequent Shangri-La guest and Circle member for the last 8 years. Every time I use the app, it leaves me frustrated; worse, when I use the Shangri-La call centre, the operators only begrudgingly help, after I explain how the app has failed me. Shangri-La’s app developers seemingly have no idea that they directly face “the guest”. On the iPhone, fonts are too small, screens too crowded, options too deeply hidden. Sometimes, log-in can be very difficult, frequently requiring password resets. On the iPad, the app constantly freezes requiring a full hard reboot of the iPad. Yes, I am using latest hardware and IoS/PadOS. Please Shangri-La, if you don’t undertake a full redevelopment, at least tell your call centre guests are having issues with the app.
