Almost never get my order
I’ve used the app multiple times and probably 75% I never receive my order and it gets canceled! There is no way to track my order on the app either, so after waiting several hours then I receive a message letting me know my order was canceled. I have no confidence I’ll ever receive what I order when using this app.

Weird payment system
I could not figure out how to use a regular credit card. They wanted me to set up a Sheetz card, which is something I don’t want to do. If you can pay by regular credit card in the store, you should be able to do so on the app. Immediate uninstall.
Can’t order
The error “Oh sheetz!“ pops up every time i enter the menu to order. Everything else in the app works fine, minus ordering. What’s the point of the app then?

It was way to hard to pay I had to keep going back to my wallet and then back to the order and then back to my wallet and back to the order I should give you zero stars, but that’s an option
Drinks
I was buying 4 drinks & wanted 2 cups of ice 1 for myself & 1 for my husband I had told them he had already been in there paid for some items & gas they told me only 1 cup of ice per customer. That is crazy if I’m buying 1 for my husband & one for myself.

Of course as we all know very well, SHEETZ blows wawa out of the water I mean “wooter” as they pronounce it on the east side of the state.
Works well, but limits on food customization is frustrating
Still hoping the option for omitting extra salt on foods will be added. Until then, can’t give this 5 stars.
I can’t track my delivery order
If I use the delivery part of the app, I can only guess when it’s being delivered and when it has arrived. I would turn on notifications but I only want them when I order. Not constant solicitations.
Can not check in for curb side
If I ask someone to pick up my order, they can’t because I am not physically there, how does that make sense? Curb side is the best thing since sliced bread, I only order curb side, but what if I have someone pick up my order? And I can’t even check in to have the app function accordingly?

Hopeful, But disappointed
I’ve tried to do online gas payments several times at sheetz. Using the Pump & Pay option I failed to pump gas due to the required 175 minimum balance for the hold. When using the Wawa app and rewards I’ve had no problems paying with under the hold amount.
21+ verification does NOT work
It asks you to enter your details and then fails the verification everytime. All of my info is correct. Why wouldn’t they just have an option to upload your ID? There’s no other way to bypass it other than sitting on hold for hours (like I’m currently doing) with customer service. I love sheetz but this is really annoying. Why have the feature if it’s not going to work anyway

Order options
On some of the items, like the salads, I think you should be able to customize them to your liking, you are able to do that in the store. But when you are on your 30 min lunch break, you do not have time to go in the store to place your order.
