Location Doesn’t Personalize Deals
Love, love, love the app for the most part BUT even though it uses your location, it will still show options not available in your area. DoorDashing alcohol, for example, or special offers meant for PA exclusively will show anywhere regardless.

I would give 5 stars if someone actually real-world
tested the ‘UI pop-up annoyance’. 99% of the time when I open the app, it is to scan my card at the pump or register. I do not want or need an offerz pop-up that I need to close first, then open the card tab. The app should either default to the My Sheetz Card page that blocks popups, or have a setting toggle for that screen to default.

Still to slow, "update"didnt do anything
I dont feel like waiting 1min and 35secs for order a few things. Yeah need to "reasign" ur web team/app team because apples verison of app is terrible

I’d like to order something on the app, but when I tap the order button it gets stuck loading and then doesn’t do anything.

The Sheetz app is by far THE WORST app I’ve ever wanted to use. Sheetz has been a favorite of mine since childhood and despite how much I want to rate this app more positively— I just can’t. Love the store. Love the food. But the app works about as well as trying to use an abacus to do rocket science.

Poor performance
Trying to order through the app so when I get there I can smoothly pick up my order. Trying to click on the order tab and it just buffers and spin and doesn’t load the order screen. What’s the use of an app to order when it won’t load the order. I also have good service at the moment so that’s not to blame, nor should it be a factor with a properly running app anyway.

Payment always declines and it’s not a lack of money. It s the app failing every time. So frustrating. And drive thru just makes you sit and stare at your food waiting while it gets nasty even when it’s already paid for

App says, fuel up 100 galon diesel get 5$off on food order. Just filled up 160 gallons, printed receipt. Then order food thru app and there no discount applied!

Pay at pump feature won’t work
After creating an account and adding my card in the app’s wallet, I can’t use it to pay at the pump. The app finds my location just fine, I enter the pump number and select my payment card, but it just gives me a message like “Oh Sheetz, we can’t process your payment.” No suggestions for troubleshooting, and employees inside don’t know how to help. So no member discounts for me, I guess.

Need More Flexibility
I really like Sheetz food, but ordering online doesn’t allow for enough flexibility in choices/options to add the things that are important, like adding additional veggies to a sandwich or salad. It’s great they added protein choices, but need to be able to add other/additional essential good nutrition ingredients.
