Pathetic Services and Customer Care
I have ordered some items through this app thinking that it will be a Great Experience , First of All , the order has not been Delivered even after 2 days after their Expected delivery date , So I contacted the Customer care which doesnt even reply also. They have put a bot in their Customer care which has no Answers for your Queries . It says that I will conmect you to Agent , But i think the agent is Real .. He doesnt even Show up

No customer support
I received a ₹1000 offer coupon from SHEIN, but even after selecting items that were clearly marked as eligible, the discount was not applied at checkout. This was really disappointing and confusing.
What made the experience worse is that there is no proper customer support or easy way to contact customer care for help. A shopping app should provide clear support when customers face issues like this.

Pls restock which gets out of stock
The clothes are too good and trendy but the worst thing is whenever any new things arrives it gets out of stock within 2 to 3 days, and that thing never comes in stock again!!! Very irritating to check again and again but still shows out of stock, pls look into it
