Return refund problem
I ordered some clothes, but the size was too small, so I applied for a return. That’s when the real issue started. First, I had to book a slot and ship the return parcel myself. Once it reached their facility, no one received it for two days. On top of that, I spent 4 to 5 days trying to explain the issue to the help center. Just when they were beginning to understand my problem, the chat would reset or the call would disconnect, forcing me to explain everything all over again. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!" And I didn’t get the refund yet

I placed an order for 6 products. I initially received only 3 products, out of which I returned 2 because of poor quality. However, the remaining 3 products, which I never received, were automatically marked in the app as “Delivery Unsuccessful – Return Complete” without my consent or any delivery attempt.
I have still not received a refund for those 3 undelivered products. I paid for all 6 items, but I neither received the remaining products nor my money back.
