Deactivated without warning

I was a Shipt shopper since 2019 and made over 1200 deliveries. I had a 4.8 rating, but recently my reliability dipped below the needed rating score. I was at 88% over my last 50 orders because I don’t do Shipt full time. Things came up in my life that prevented me from completing orders so I dropped some here and there. Shipt not only didn’t tell me I was at risk to be deactivated in a certain time frame, they also deactivated me and then upheld the deactivation after I appealed it. I just feel like my issues that I reported when I appealed the decision, weren’t reviewed by a human being and instead were ignored. I could understand if I was alerted prior to the time frame, but I wasn’t. This has left a sour taste in my mouth about this company and working for it.
