It was great at first but lately it’s been a hassle. It doesn’t open or show anything on page

Terrible app!

It’s so slow and 95% of the time the app doesn’t work or the website. It takes forever to load anything. It’s so frustrating that I have stopped using the app for pickup orders. I would rather go somewhere else where the app actually works. I can’t even get it to load to work for rewards at the gas pump.

Might Work, Might Not

Both the United and its sister app Marketstreet only actually load and work a small percentage of the time. Most of the time it’s worthless to me for that reason, and so I switch to something that actually works even though is prefer to shop here. You’re losing business by not having a functioning app!
