Easy to use, but no way to add delivery instructions - such as “leave at back door.” In today’s world of “porch thieves,” I hate to only have the option of having packages left at my front door. Please add a way to add delivery instructions under your area for the shipping address. Thank you!

Shipping charged for each item on a one order?
Terrible that you charge shipping for each piece of clothing in 1 order. $10 per item of clothing. Ouch!!!

The app used to be OK. Now they’ve change something that makes it impossible to login to pay my credit card. Also, when viewing the program guide, you can’t even see the items on air for any given hour. The app is horrible and they show no concern to fix it.

I love Shop HQ however….. I DO NOT GET FREE SHIPPING!! I have to pay $ 10.00 per item because I live in Hawaii. It really bothers me when the TV hosts say Free Shipping on every item all the time!! Well it’s not… I was paying 15.99 per month and was ordering all the time but now it’s free fir everyone else but not if u live in one of the most expensive places already but now we pay 10.00 per item!! It’s ridiculous… it’s also false advertising…

The website is very frustrating. I tried to apply for the hq card before and did not work I had to call in the customer service line. When I tried to bring back items in my save for later to my shopping cart never works it keeps bringing the wrong items.

Hard to pay your bill online and the interest rate is outrageous
I have been with ShopHQ since they were Evine and I bought a lot of products from them. I’ve been trying to pay my bill at times and this doesn’t go through then it shows it delinquent. Then they shut off my card. I have had trouble with them in the past now I found out the interest rate is through the roof. It’s like 38%. I’m gonna pay off my bill and probably notfrom ShopHQ again

Your app is very unfriendly. It does not allow for changes easily. It’s so confusing. I don’t have any issues with other apps on other shopping shows it needs an overhaul to make it more user-friendly.
