I started with Heidi in a challenge in Fall 2022. I have been using the app ever since. I first did the at home workouts with dumbbells. Slowly I built a home gym. I now cycle through the Phase 1.2 and 3 women’s Gym programs. Consistency is key and the program design has not only made me strong but the warmups and the stretching has helped to prevent injury. One of of the best things is being able to record your weight lifted each time and being able to look back on your progress. There are good solid demos and coaching videos which has helped me improve form. Highly recommend this app.

Love this app
I had this app for a couple years now and love it! I like the video examples and being able to track your lifts. Easy to use and makes workouts fun!
Best app for working out hard without injury
I have used many apps and this app by far allows for me to get a challenging workout while not ending in pain the next few days. Very well put together!
Easy
Love this app. You can use it at any fitness level. There is a coach for every move you do and Heidi does a modified move if you need it.
The only workout app I own!
I got rid of all the other workout apps because I kept coming back to this one! I love the fact there are at home workouts with modification options and specific coaching from Heidi herself! Super easy to follow with different time length options. You Will delete all other workout apps but this one!

Amazing info and free challenges
Not only do I get daily workouts with explanation on everything, I get all the challenges included for free as well. The nuggets of information on the group page and on Heidi’s lives in the group are well worth the yearly cost.

This app helped me love the gym
I am so glad I found the Show Up app!! I was someone that would go to the gym sometimes and do some cardio. Weights scared me. The workout programs, videos, and coaching have helped me build a gym routine and transform my body. I have worked through all of the gym programs and work to increase my strength thanks to the way my past workouts are recorded. I have used it for over a year and will never not use this app. Love it!!!

This app has everything from beginner workouts all the way up to advanced. You can bet it has core, arms, legs, cardio, the whole world so your body will be on tip top shape! And if you can’t do the workouts right now then there are also 10 minute workouts- anyone can do 10 minutes! So if you are on the fence about getting the app, DO IT! Heidi and her team have made this app so easy to use and they will help us reach our goals- we just have to SHOW UP 🫶

App is easy to use, workouts are easy to follow. Fitness moves are broken down and explained, and there are levels for everyone!

The app is amazing! Love that I can store my pictures! Switching between programs is so easy and I can always find a workout that suits me! The programs are amazing and modifications are shown so any level can do them!
This is a great app.
It is easy to navigate. There is modification that easy to do. You can see the progression. Heidi’s demos are easy to follow. This app will not disappoint. Even as a beginner, you can do the exercises.

Love the app—especially the coaching videos. Once I see the videos and see the target muscles I can modify if necessary.

Loving this app. It’s user friendly. I love the workout videos and the coaching videos even more. I don’t know the technical names of a lot of the moves nor will I remember them when told to me so I love that I can click on coaching and the moves are broken down including modifications! Heidi and her team thought of everything.

Absolutely loving this app! It is the Compass in my journey to the healthier, best me. I love that Heidi shows short videos for the exercises and modifications. This app is my accountability partner and fitness coach.
Exercises are well explained
I’m loving this app. The warm up, exercises and cool down are easy to understand. There is additional coaching tab that explains the exercises and modifications. You’ve got the ability to record your reps/weights and notes so you can see your progression. I’d recommend you to give this a try.
